With over 20 years in the real estate industry, I bring both knowledge and heart to every client I serve. My journey began as
a licensed appraiser in 2003, where I discovered my passion for helping people understand home values and the story behind every property. Eventually, it lead me to getting my real estate license in 2009, and then a real estate broker license in 2023.

Specializing in Lake James and the surrounding Steuben county lake communities, I focus on waterfront and lake-access lifestyle properties, where everyday can be a vacation. From first-time relocation buyers and second-home seekers to investor building short-term rental portfolios. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cheering at my son’s games, traveling to visit our daughter in Law school, or enjoying another perfect day on the lake. I’m also passionate about giving back and proudly support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which played a a meaningful role in my family's journey.
